Sinopsis

David Robert Mitchell es un director estadounidense conocido principalmente por la exitosa película de terror «It Follows», que tuvo su estreno mundial en el Festival de Cine de Cannes en mayo de 2014. En 2002, Mitchell escribió y dirigió «Virgin», un cortometraje con Carolina Castro y Cameron Diskin sobre una leyenda local que ve una visión de la Virgen María que lo lleva a la búsqueda del amor verdadero. En 2010, escribió y dirigió «The Myth of The American Sleepover», protagonizada por Claire Sloma y Marlon Morton. La película tuvo su estreno mundial en el festival South by Southwest el 10 de marzo de 2010 y se estrenó el 22 de julio de 2010 en versión limitada. En 2014, Mitchell dirigió «It Follows» con Maika Monroe y Keir Gilchrist. David Robert Mitchell is an American director primarily known for the hit horror film «It Follows», which had its world premiere at the Festival de Cine de Cannes in May 2014. In 2002, Mitchell wrote and directed «Virgin», a short film starring Carolina Castro and Cameron Diskin about a local legend who sees a vision of the Virgin Mary that leads him on a quest for true love. In 2010, he wrote and directed «The Myth of The American Sleepover», starring Claire Sloma and Marlon Morton. The film had its world premiere at the South by Southwest festival on March 10, 2010, and was released on July 22, 2010, in a limited release. In 2014, Mitchell directed «It Follows» starring Maika Monroe and Keir Gilchrist. The horror film was a huge success, grossing over 14 million dollars at the box office and was labeled one of the best independent films of 2015.
